Services are provided in Pueblo, Colorado and surrounding communities.
All services are subject to a written estimate and agreement prior to work beginning. We reserve the right to decline any service request at our discretion.
Estimates provided by Pueblo Insulation are free and carry no obligation. All estimates are based on information available at the time of the on-site assessment and are subject to change if conditions differ materially from what was observed during the estimate visit.
A written estimate will be provided before any work begins. Work will not commence until the customer has reviewed and accepted the written estimate. Final pricing may differ from the estimate if unforeseen conditions are discovered during the course of work. We will notify the customer of any material changes before proceeding.
Appointments are scheduled by mutual agreement between Pueblo Insulation and the customer. We ask that cancellations or reschedules be communicated at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment to allow us to reassign the time to another customer.
Pueblo Insulation reserves the right to reschedule appointments due to weather, equipment availability, crew availability, or other circumstances beyond our control. We will provide as much advance notice as possible in such cases.
Payment terms will be specified in the written estimate and service agreement provided before work begins. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due upon completion of the work. We accept payment by check, cash, and major credit cards.
Invoices not paid within 30 days of the completion date may be subject to a late fee. Customers with outstanding balances may be subject to collection action. If collection efforts become necessary, the customer agrees to pay all reasonable collection costs, including attorney fees.
The customer is responsible for ensuring that the work area is accessible and that any items stored in the area to be worked on have been cleared prior to the crew's arrival. Failure to prepare the space as directed may result in a rescheduled appointment or additional charges.
For spray foam insulation projects, the customer is responsible for vacating the property, including all occupants and pets, for the duration of the work and for the re-entry period specified by the contractor. Pueblo Insulation is not liable for health issues arising from failure to vacate as directed.
Pueblo Insulation stands behind its work. We will correct any defects in workmanship reported within 1 year of the completion date at no additional charge, provided the issue is caused by our installation and not by subsequent damage, misuse, or conditions outside our control.
